I have greatly decreased the amount of eggs in my diet... I mostly get caught up when it comes to buying breads and such or eating out and not knowing what the ingredients to things are... but this story has really helped me to embrace the option of, for example, tofu scramble rather than eating eggs. It helps remember the purpose of alternative food options when u can see the harmful effects that even egg farms can have on animals.
The look of wonder and joy in her little eye is simply amazing. AMAZING.
